Project Assistant

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the post of “Project Assistant” under the
following research project funded by the Department of Science & Technology (DST),
Government of India.

Title of the Research Project:  Investigation of Polymorphism in Molecular Crystals.
Name of the Post:  Project Assistant  (01 No.)
Qualification & Experience: First class  M.Sc. degree only in any discipline of Chemistry
from a recognized University/Institute. Preference will be given to those who have cleared
NET (CSIR/UGC) / NET (LS) / GATE. Prior experience in synthesis is highly desirable.
Exposure to crystallization procedures is an added advantage. An aptitude for learning new
techniques is a must.
Salary:    Rs. 12,000/- p.m. (consolidated) + HRA (as applicable) 
Duration: One year only.

two referees. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be paid for
attending the same. Photocopies of certificates  / mark sheets and other testimonials will be
